NDAs and asking who is viewing
Require a confidentiality agreement or a name and email.
When you create a link you can ask visitors to enter their name and email, and you can require them to accept an NDA before anything is shown. NDAs need a paid plan.
- The investor reads the agreement, agrees, and types their name as a signature. Nothing from the room is shown before that.
- Each acceptance is recorded with the date, so you can see who agreed.
- Names and emails are typed by the visitor. Diligly does not verify them.
