What Diligly is, and what it is not

Diligly helps founders get investor-ready. You fill in your company profile, team, metrics and documents against a readiness checklist, then share a read-only room with investors through a private link.
Everything is private until you create a link. Investors do not need an account.
Diligly does not check or verify anything. The numbers, documents and names in a room come from the founder, and every room says so. It is also not legal, financial or investment advice.
